Training

Contractor training begins with the basic training, valid for five years. Validity can be extended by attending the refresher training. The recycling must be done before the end of validity of the basic training. After this date, a new basic training is required. The training is organized in French and English on Tihange, and in Dutch and German on Doel (www.nvc-kcd.be), except for specific requests.

In case participants don't understand French or English and with prior agreement of Engie Electrabel trough the contractor, it is possible that the contracting company provides its own translator from French to language X or from English to language X). The contracting company will be in charge of the cost of this translator. Above this, a supplementary cost of 400 euros will be charged to you in order to translate the questionnaire in the desired language X. This translation will be organized by our own services.

A visitor badge will be asked for the site access, but please provide a personal badge if your agents already have one. Accessing the site takes about half an hour under normal circumstances and about one hour during review periods. Thank you for taking this timeframe into account so that your company's staff can be in the classroom on time for the beginning of training. No mobile phone, laptop or camera on site.
